Coinciding with our upcoming home game against Orkney RFC on Saturday the 23rd of November the club will be hosting a pre-match lunch in the clubhouse. The rough timings for the day will be as follows:
Midday - Meet in club bar for pre-lunch drinks
12.30pm - Lunch serrved in downstairs hall
1.20pm - Q & A session with West Senior Coaches & Players
2.00pm - Match Kick Off - West 2nd XV v Hamilton Bulls
2.30pm - Match Kick Off - West 1st XV v Orkney
4pm - Post match pie & drinks in the bar
Prices are as follows:
West Volunteer Coaches / Team Managers etc - £20 per person (paid in advance)
Members & Guests (pre-paid) - £25 per person
Members and Guests (payable on the day) - £30 per person
The price will include: A welcome drink at the bar, 2 course lunch with wine (half bottle per person), match programme, entry to the game & a post match pie of your choice.
