West U16 and U18 both win West regional cups

West 1st XV had a bad day at the office in Aberdeen (full report here) but the U!8 and U16 squads saved the day with excellent wins over Dumfries and Marr in the finals of the West regional cups.
The West Ladies also travelled to Aberdeen and won themselves a home semi final in the cup (full report here)
