Our U18s are the final step in the West Way — our club’s player development pathway. The team competes in both the National League and National Cup, bridging the crucial gap between youth and senior rugby.
Development is at the heart of this squad. Players of all abilities are supported to grow at their own pace, with a focus on learning, confidence, and game understanding — not just results.
New players are always welcome, regardless of experience. Every player is supported with game time and personalised development to help them reach their potential.
We’re proud to have a number of players involved in Scottish Rugby’s Pathway Programme, and many have gone on to represent Scotland age-grade teams and the Glasgow Warriors.
